Yesterday, 20th of February, the manufacturing of feed prototypes began at IRTA’s facilities in Mas Bové (Tarragona). All the aqua-feeds developed during these days will be used for digestibility trials that will began the first week of March. Previously to aqua-feed prototypes manufacturing, some analytics have been performed with the aim of determining the centesimal composition and other parameters such as particle size distribution, pellet buoyancy, etc.
