Last 21st of November, AZTI’s technicians participated in an event to celebrate the ‘Aquaculture day’. This event seeks to transfer to society the importance of aquaculture in our country and its commitment to sustainable development, research and creating of wealth and well-being in rural and coastal areas.
Organized by the official Basque’s college of biologists in collaboration with the Chair of scientific culture of the UPV-EHU and the Foundation OESA (Spanish Observatory of Aquaculture), this initiative has been celebrated since 2013.
