We still working!

Last week, the members of AZTI and Riera Nadeu were working on the scaling-up of the process of valorization of beer production byproducts, obtaining the various ingredients foreseen in the project.
We also went to the IRTA facilities in San Carles de la Rapita to analyse the preliminary results of the digestibility tests of these ingredients.
For now everything is going smoothly!
