Yesterday, 5th of June, Anna-Maria De Smet (‘The Brewers of Europe’) presented Life Brewery project to the EBC Brewing Science Group in its 12th Technical meeting in Brussels. This event is being celebrated within the framework of the 1st Brewers of Europe Forum. The aim of this Forum is to bring the latest trends straight from the brewing sector leaders. From cultivating your own yeast to the science of food pairing, from targeting millennials to reducing your environmental footprint, the Brewers Forum will offer inspiration for brewers and the brewing sector as they come together to prepare a bright future for beer.
This event takes starts tomorrow and it is organized by ‘The Brewers of Europe’. Based in Brussels, ‘The Brewers of Europe’ brings together national brewers’ associations from 29 European countries and provides a voice to represent the united interests of Europe’s 7500 breweries. The Brewers of Europe promotes the positive role played by beer and the brewing sector in Europe and advocates the creation of the right conditions to allow brewers to continue to freely, cost-effectively and responsibly brew and market beer across Europe.
