This time it was the turn of La Zaragozana in the list of visits planned to different brewers throughout the project. During the visit, we were able to exchange opinions with the brewing master of Ambar, the main commercial brand of La Zaragozana (www.ambar.com). We were also able to contrast the different aspects of the proposals for the valorisation of beer by-products as ingredients for aquaculture. It was very enriching to be able to talk to someone who knows so much about breweries.
