On April the 3th, responsible for the Life Brewery project met with the Spanish beer sector to present the partial progress of the project. The different proposed solutions developed in the project, both for yeast and spent grain, were discussed and contrasted with representatives of the beer sector. To highlight the pleasant welcome by Consejo Quesada as responsible for the technical matters of the association (www.cerveceros.org), which allowed exchanging opinions about the needs of the beer sector and ensuring the commitment to disseminate the results among its members.
